Bluetooth Phone-Headphone question???

I'm looking for some recommendations on some good ear-bud / headphone solutions. I've tried several, and nothing (so far) seems to work very well.

Here's my dilemma; I receive and make a lot of calls on my phone (a Samsung S-9). Many of these calls are multi-person conference calls. I often have to pass through noisy areas with a lot of background noise. I can usually hear fine, but my background noise audio is often annoying to the party on the other end (to the point where I almost always have to go on mute immediately after speaking...which is a PITA to do repeatedly, especially in very active conversations).

Wired solutions are out because they just pick up too much noise, and then there's that annoying thing of the mic rubbing on clothing which sounds like a thunderstorm on the other end. So it has to be wireless. For a while I tried this LG headset which goes around your collar with these ear buds which were magnetically held to the headset. That actually worked okay for a while, but eventually it got progressively noisier (again, always on the other end of the line). Then I switched and tried a set of those Skullcandy things which go around your neck with the internal mic. Those didn't work well at all, way too much scratching noises from my collar.

I'd really like to find something which doesn't have an external mic at all, something which picks up the audio from inside my ear with no mic exposed to outside noise. Oh, and it has to be wireless.

Any suggestions???

ETA - In an ideal world, I'd just love, love, LOVE to find something which works as well as the David Clark and Bose headsets we use flying. I could probably rig something up to make mine work, but a fella would look awful silly walking around with those on his head in public.

If you had an iPhone I would recommend the airpods, very expensive but well worth it.
For an android phone I would recommend these RHA trueconnect

Sounds like any earphones with a wire are out of the question.

Thanks. A wired set isn't completely out of the equation, but my problem is I'm tall and most cords aren't long enough to have the phone in my pocket and not yank the headset/earbuds off if I turn my head. I don't want to have to hold my phone in my hand because I need to be able to talk and write at the same time, and I'd prefer to not have to stop and sit down to do all this. For these reasons wireless has always seemed like a better option, but I'd be open to ideas.

ETA - Oh, and cost isn't really a factor. I'll pay good money for something which truly works (up to $500 if need be).

Then the above mentioned should work very well.
Appologies, I should’ve clarified, when I referred to a wired pair I meant wireless earphones with a cable connecting the earphones between each other. The friction between the connecting cable and your clothing gets picked up by the mic.

I’ll find some more options and pm you after work.

I got my daughter a set of Sony wireless earbuds - with built-in mic and volume control.
The sound is excellent.
They weren't even that expensive - $90.00.
Possibly solution for ya

Maybe one of those might be what you need. Also I'd look at the reviews on amazon on whatever your pic is. To see what other poeple think about them.

I'm open to about anything. Been frustrated over this for too long.

The audio quality on my end is not nearly as much of a priority as a really good quality active electronic noise canceling mic (where the audio only opens the mic when I speak and then shuts it back off again, dropping out all the background noise).

Yeah, I looked at that (and several others). The problem though is all the reviews spend way too much time on the audio quality of the headset itself and very little time on the transmitted audio quality. I've learned this lesson the hard way. Noise cancellation can be a misleading term here because it works two ways. One is for noise cancellation so you can hear the headset itself better, and the other is cancellation of background noise from outgoing audio. It is this latter type I'm looking for, and the former is usually what most of the reviews discuss.

it seems that there are a few like the jabra steel and the plantronics that claim to have good noise cancellation.

Ya sony offers a couple different types of wireless earbuds.
I got my daughter the set that attached to almost like a yolk that rests around her neck.
Just a thin piece of plastic.
Shes only 10 and I know how kids love to lose stuff.
Didn't want her coming home with 1 earbud lol.
Shes famous for coming home with one mitten every couple of days haha.
I swear theres got to be 30 single mitts and gloves at her schools lost and found.

I'm going to look into that plantronics voyager 5200 headset. That looks like it might work, seems to get good reviews too.

I know they use a lot of plantronics in noisy call centers, so it might work.

Save some cash and go with these HDMX ones.
These are available at any Walgreens and also I believe CVS stores.
Mine have worked great on calls and just chilling listening to sweet jams! They are inexpensive and provides great battery life up to 9 hours with constant usage listening to music.

You actually forget you have these in and work really well considering the price i have a few old Motorola ones that were expensive years ago and those are just as good .
