Re-Cycling...Fines for not participating!

Finally!!.....some countys of the uk are now issuing their coucils with re-cycling bins wich are to be given to induvidual home owners...failure to use them can result in fines being issued!.....personally im glad...i think this is a good idea and a nessesaty in this day and age that we raise awareness surrounding our enviroment....and lets face it,it doesnt take much effort to single out wastes such as glass,plastics and metals into their relevent bins!

From what I read it means London only to start about the weighing or microchipping which probably has to be in order before they start fining you...evidence you see....
