the REAL issue = too little cheese - or worse NO cheese

any one claiming " cannot have too much cheese "

a simple test - prepare any dish you like - and increase " cheese " 1000% -[ thats 10 times as much for the inumerte ]

so instead of 1 kg chicken and 1 kg cheeese to feed 8

try one kilo chicken and 10kg cheese for 8 servings

yes you can have too much cheese

stop being munchkins - and target the real problem - people who put zero cheese on dishes that cry out for a bit

I'm not worried about if there is too much cheese.. I'm worried about if there are enough COWS to make more cheese? No one ever expects a cow shortage. Well I catastrophise Everything. Not a single catastrophic catastrophe I've not catastrophised. Oh god, with no cows, what will become of us??

I did not have so much money to buy as much cheese as I want. But cheese is not enough, it is true. I love it.
