I think wonder is perhaps a middle place where one could find contentment if not happiness. What would you do without wonder? If you didn't have to wonder because you already know all the answers then I propose you would be utterly bored for eternity. On the other hand if you had not the mind to wonder then surly that is a mind that only exists to serve the wonderment of the minds that do.

I wonder why Shriners hospital needs to ask for donations. I wonder why candidates waste hundreds of millions of dollars on campaigns instead of using it to actually make a difference. I wonder why teachers need to buy supplies when the lottery rakes in billions a week. I wonder why people say they care, but not enough to put their money where their mouth is. I wonder why I got so damn lucky to be born in this country and not in a third world country. I wonder why innocent kids unnecessarily suffer.
