That was bloody f*ing horrible. You just stole 6 minutes of my life that I'll never get back... said in my best Simon Cowell voice.

I watched it and I wasn't really sure what message the movie
was trying to say.

That was so sad. So she either invented a childhood through fantasy, or he was so impaired at the time, he doesn't remember their trips.

All the characters are very good looking! And the red cup was a nice touch.

Was the girl having past life memories for a minute there?
I think you folks did a good job on it olaru12!
I can't imagine the work it must take to make it last 1.6 hours or thereabouts.

Ummm... Interesting

The point was not real clear, but it was well put together.

Did they explain the general plot to you? This would have been a better viewing experience with some knowledge of what they were trying to convey.

Good work. I did not think it was hard to follow or that the point was vague. It seemed to be rather obviously about a generation dissatisfied with their living elders because they failed to pass on the blessings of liberty, and that it was time to return to our foundations as a nation in terms of what we hold sacred and important. Of course our parents and grandparents thought that they were right. But they lost track of some basics along the way. Progression for the sake of progression is not always a good thing.

Not really...I think it was what we in the indy world call a "vanity piece" used mainly for creating a "reel" that actors use when sending off a video audition for parts in other films; a showcase to show off their acting chops.

I was just the cinematographer working for a director.

I like it. I watched it earlier and have been thinking about it since. This is what I believe:

Young girl somehow met an older than grandpa man named Fred, who has told her he is coming to take her away. Young girl raised by the grandpa who provided the basics but no real life; never took her anywhere. As a result, She had a big fantasy life she concocted for herself. When she was waving to her older carbon copy; she was seeing herself in the future if she never leaves grandpa. She decides to leave with Fred.

I'm probably wrong.

I think that was the point of the film. Let the audience fabricate their own story. I liked your interpretation!!

Thought it was ok. It was trying to hard to be artsy and folksy at the same time. There was nothing that really tied me into the dialogue or the characters. I thought the filming set up was good and whoever filmed it obviously knew what they were doing. The objects turning red for no reason was not necessary as it did not seem to matter to the plot, whatever that was.

Ah, got it. Thank you for sharing. The male actor has some really cool eyes, almost like there are cool secrets hidden behind them.

It's like one of my hangovers these days. Who can ever really tell what has happened, what it means, or why it occurred.
