Time Person of the Year.
Another Year and another ridicules winner selected by the Times Meg, this year winner also includes the Ukrainian reporter who faked his own death and of course they added in the BBC. Attacked the presdient for rightful calling the media fake news media. Of course they also whine about it.

That world is led, in some ways, by a U.S. President whose embrace of despots and attacks on the press has set a troubling tone. “I think the biggest problem that we face right now is that the beacon of democracy, the one that stood up for both human rights and press freedom—the United States—now is very confused,” says Ressa, the Rappler editor. “What are the values of the United States?”

And, drumroll.... reporters anointed for the cover...reporters! Tada!

I don't know of anyone who takes such an "honor" serious anymore. Time, The NY Times, ABC, NBC, and CBS are all parodies of what they used to be. I find The Daily News magazines at the shelves of grocery stores to be just as serious as the aforementioned.

So an increasingly irrelevant journal nominates journalists, patting themselves on the back. Whoppee!

The sad thing is that dishonest reporting by the MSM used to actually be a legitimate issue... Until Trump redefined the definition of 'fake news' to mean any news organization that dares to be critical of him.

He took an honest cause and turned it into a propaganda farce, for his own narcissistic purposes.

Clinton allowed the news giants to all merge, the truth in media crap, Obama allowed them to spread propaganda, and Trump hasn't removed the Smith-mundt act yet.

If Trump wanted to fight fake news, he would actually do it.

But he hasn't, and won't because Trump is a stupid shill used to make people feel like they are represented while the wealth redistribution continues.

It's not too hard to look at gov confidence as close to zero due to the economy, and put forward a anti-establishment savior sauteed in a wicked, known establishment insider as a challanger to complete meal for the masses.

Opinion pieces are not news.

If these entertainment companies really cared about journalism, they wouldn't have buried the truth about what happened to Michael Hastings.

Isn't that an oxymoron? Everything these liberal news people put forth is critical of Trump, and the reason is that they HATE him.
They aren't being critical of Trump with honorable or valid concern, nor are they pursuing honest answers about anything related to Trump. So no MSM talking head parrot is representing anything to do with any valid criticism or honesty.


They hate him so much that they misrepresent EVERYTHING he does, they attack anything they can, and they make up new things when they can't find anything valid.
Their "news" is so twisted against Trump that by definition it is FAKE NEWS. Trump didn't redefine anything--The MSM DID THAT..

It is like all the movie and television award shows that end up being big circle jerks for a bunch of pretentious losers with delusions of grandeur. You can't take awards seriously because they are used to make political statements and used as dog whistles for liberal scum.
