Tell me about it. I have yet to eat anything brought by other employees to the buffet things. I'm pretty wary of foods I don't know anything about.

I have always followed the rule that if it is at the boss's expense and on the clock, I will go. Otherwise not. It's my time and money, I've already earned it, and I choose how to spend it (or whatever is left after I "choose" to pay the bills ).

I can't blame you there, I guess I'm lucky, my boss is very PC and would never say anything inappropriate to anyone.
