Honest-to-God SERIOUS question:
If they have violated the court order...WHY haven't they been arrested?

Because the sheriff is on her side.

Which is what I assumed.
So much corruption.

Thank you, proximo & DB.

I’ll tell you what it says.

The people weren’t smart enough to vote the for senate race, because there were more votes for gov than senate. so theyre counting them as voting for senator also

More likely the machines were not calibrated properly to account for the state congressperson being removed.

Funny thing 2 days ago I was okay lets get it right, but this is abusing the system. And more important than who ultimately wins or loses, is maintaining a semblance of faith in our electoral process, not saying it doesn't need tweaking, hell there are always room for improvement. Besides if the system is broke doesnt that invalidate the recently elected, the same azzhats on both sides of the aisle that are going to have to fix the process. After all Romney lost Florida by 80,000 votes, wonder if any of his votes got left at the post office.

They have no obligation to let some lawyer enter the office.

You've spewed so much bullsnip in this thread, I just started at the beginning, but here's the relevant title X Florida Statute 119 Section 07 (119.07)

(1)(a) Every person who has custody of a public record shall permit the record to be inspected and copied by any person desiring to do so, at any reasonable time, under reasonable conditions, and under supervision by the custodian of the public records.

...

(5) When ballots are produced under this section for inspection or examination, no persons other than the supervisor of elections or the supervisor’s employees shall touch the ballots. If the ballots are being examined before the end of the contest period in s. 102.168, the supervisor of elections shall make a reasonable effort to notify all candidates by telephone or otherwise of the time and place of the inspection or examination. All such candidates, or their representatives, shall be allowed to be present during the inspection or examination.

This does not apply when they are in the middle of counting votes. After tomorrow they can look all they want.

So where are we tonight?

Darkness has befallen the USA, from east to west...

In the night we are alone. It seems the World has gone crazy, but we are here.

A decision lies before us. We can accept the madness and go on another day, OR, we can say "STOP!!"

How long will we let these politicians, these bureaucrats, and their operatives decide the way??? (right or left). When will we say "Enough is enough!!!"?

They are not Gods, they are OUR EMPLOYEES! They are not entitled to anything other than what we permit them to be! They are welcome to go work elsewhere, but as long as they are on OUR payroll they are accountable to US, the Taxpayer's.

These people are not above us! They are "EMPLOYEES", all of them, democrats and republicans alike. They are paid "servants". When did it become such that they can dictate how WE should act? Screw them! They work for US, and they are accountable to US, all of us!!

These people have ZERO authority to tell us what to think, or how to act, or what opinions we should have! ZERO! They are the ones who, by our agreeing to pay them, should be explaining their OWN actions!

Bureaucrats have gone MAD! AND, "citizens" have LET them go mad.

FIRE THEM ALL!!!

They work for US!!

We shall see when they get recounted. I was pointing out on why the calibration could have been off. Given the facts of the situation it seems pretty plausible. Then again no one here is really interested in facts, are they? If they were, this thread wouldn't even exist. There has been no irregularities reported to any law enforcement agency in regards to the counting of the ballots in any county of Florida. You people simply talk out of your azzes and believe your fantastical spin on things and represent it as the truth.

Well, there is this. Just coming in about 30 minutes ago.

Whoops! Brenda Snipes’ office mixed bad provisional ballots with good ones

Broward’s elections supervisor accidentally mixed more than a dozen rejected ballots with nearly 200 valid ones, a circumstance that is unlikely to help Brenda Snipes push back against Republican allegations of incompetence.

The mistake — for which no one had a solution Friday night — was discovered after Snipes agreed to present 205 provisional ballots to the Broward County canvassing board for inspection.

She had initially intended to handle the ballots administratively, but agreed to present them to the canvassing board after Republican attorneys objected. Read more here: www.miamiherald.com...=cpy

Ok, that there is proof that there is a complete breach of protocol going on
here. The Miami Herald is not Alex Jones ok?

So out of 205 ballots inspected, over a dozen had been rejected but were mixed back in
to be counted!

What on earth can this possibly mean besides incompetence and or deliberate
voter fraud? Please....do tell!

As mentioned before, the counties hit by the hurricane managed to get everything done according to the law, yet Broward county has face planted.

She is either incompetent at her job, or there is corruption going on.

And another question, what is the location of these ballots
that are not counted? The election ended Tuesday evening.

Mail in ballots have a 10 day extension from out of CONTUS,
so these would be delivered by USPS, not a person carrying
a non de script white box in the back door.

Exactly. Where the hell are these ballots coming from? Because if they've been written out in some back room over the past few days, then frankly the entire election in Broward County (and probably Palm Beach County too) needs to be re-run, with election workers shipped in from another part of the state to supervise and count the votes.

I would go a step farther and say ship them in from either another state or even a allied country... yes you read that right.... it will at least supply people who "have no skin in the game" so to speak. But even that won't solve all the issues. As much as I hate the idea finger prints or facial recognition is the far better option for providing proof of identity and far harder to fake.

Reading the entire article, its just a jaw drop.
Apparently Mrs. Snipes has still refused to allow
full access to the voting records. However, a board
she is also apart of viewed these 205 ballots, and found
that 20 of them were invalid, but had been mixed in
again to be counted.

The elections department didn’t originally intend to have the canvassing board review those votes, but after uproar from lawyers for the Republican Party, the office handed them over to the board, which usually reviews ballots still in the envelopes.

On Friday, the three-person canvassing board — on which Snipes usually sits — found about 20 of those 205 votes had mismatched signatures and declared them illegal. That means there are at least 20 illegal votes mixed into an anonymous pile of 205, all sitting in a machine that counted them but did not add them to the final count. “The ballots cannot be identified,” Snipes confirmed when a lawyer for the Republican Party asked. Well, its very tricky language she is trying to throw out there for an
explanation. Possible to be so confusing that it makes it look like
an accident?

What I discern is provisional ballots were opened, found to be
lacking in verifiable information and then were rejected.

But they were put into a pile of good ballots, and counted.
( But supposedly not counted into the official vote tally)

No way, please tell me this can't be real.

This is incredible. Especially when it is Debbie Wasserman Schultz district. You know. The former DNC chair? Florida is corrupt as hell when it comes to voting and it is pretty well known.

They are just pissed because over 250k Puerto Ricans have relocated to Florida and they STILL did not win the election. Look at a voting map of Florida. Osceola, Orange, Dade, Broward and HIllsborough/Pinellas. The rest of the counties are RED.

It just amazes me that it is the SAME Districts whenever there is a loss but if it is a win the left says "why would you want to contest the results...."

Someone should get arrested for this.

Holy irony of ironies, Batman!

(CNN) -- Florida Gov. Jeb Bush on Thursday ordered the removal of the embattled Broward County elections supervisor from office, citing reports alleging neglect of duty, incompetence and misfeasance.

...

Bush appointed Brenda Snipes, a former Broward County school principal, to replace Oliphant.

Jeb Bush removes Broward County elections chief - CNN (yeah, I know...)

So the previous person who held Snipes post was removed for shenanigans and now Snipes herself is in the middle of the same exact thing.

Where's bugs when we need him?

I have no idea really, still looking for an update on the legal
aspect of the situation.

Here is a headline, not sure if this is true though.

Democrats dig in for Florida recount battle, Trump sends lawyers

"Trump Sends Lawyers"...
but they cite no proof. This looks like scaremongering.

?

No proof??? These counts are supposed to be open to Republicans as well to be witnesses to the counts...And they block them out with huge trucks...That's plenty of proof right there...
