The problem is...
Why did they run out of stickers that stated in English , "I voted"
The only logical and legitimate reason would be a much larger turnout than expected of English speaking voters .
And , a much smaller Hispanic turnout.

That kind of thing has been suggested in other threads, although it was supposed to be armbands that lefties would be forced to wear..you can't fix stupid.
