I would think so. But once upon a time...there were unlicensed "pirate" radio stations, one off-shore in the U.K. I believe...

I'm not clear the FCC requires anything outside the U.S....but if it comes IN...maybe for "Jimmy's W.W.W."? It might..

There is...but am unclear if you had your own Internet server, radio broadcast, video cast say from the middle of ocean somewhere...that you would.

But, I guess each country could D.O.S. your operation without it.

I have international distribution licensing on music for a % of worldwide sales..before I receive royalties..one with Universal, the other older one with Sony.

I as well have had a Moog (bitch to stay tuned on tours) have Kurzweil, Yamaha, Korg and many more...all guitars and stringed instruments as well...still perform occasionally, collect royalties, produce others less these days...Peace!

My music played is everything...my group is one of Billboard Magazines Top 100 Rock and Roll Groups of all time.

We were an instrumental group, inventing a genre used in motion pictures, tv and commercials and videos..and cont to sell well.

I divulge no more, as I'm not here for that, and don't need any publicity, and out of respect for late members and late bandleader.

We can be found everywhere on YouTube, Spotify, Amazon, a ziillion other places...are contracted with Universal and Sony among others.

Googling just myself by name, the 1st -2 pgs of results will be me then intermittently thru the following pgs.

Given all that...and now being a 1st Responder...I value my and our privacy....and hope you can understand that. I'm not a member here for that.

I don't think I've ever...ever divulged it here in any way to anyone. If you want to develop a relationship privately via p.m.? Perhaps over time....I will.
