Could be the outcomes are predetermined awaiting a final draft - like Comey's memo re: HRC emails.

Could be the appearance of an investigation is more important to the Bureau than the outcome.

Could be @POTUS executive privilege conceals much evidence about the Vince Foster affair - much more damning to the Deep State than to the nominee.

We shall see what facts are observed, what conclusions (if any) are drawn - and most emphatically, how this all spins out from the media outlets to manipulate public opinion.

What is most distressing is that the Senate, by and large, doesn't care about the allegations or the rhetoric associated allegations regarding Kavanaugh's temperament and integrity. Spectacle. Whether is the dying gasps of the Republic - or just one failing political party - most will be unaware because the masters of all our media will spin false narratives.

It's Wednesday afternoon. What's taking so long?

how much does anyone want to bet that they have been investigating the allegations since they were made known. now just imagine using that time frame just imagine if instead of just sitting on and hiding the accusation for months that a certain senator had insisted that Ford take her accusations to the appropriate police force where she alleges the crime happened (or does Ford even have a clue as to what town state the alleged crime happened in, after all she seems not to know much about where it supposedly took place?). if that had happened there would have been no issue at all. either the investigation would have either said yes her claim was valid, and set up a court date. which would likely have resulted in his no longer being considered (and that would have shown on a FBI background check). or the claim would have been dealt with, finding no evidence of wrongdoing. in which case there would be nothing to use to politically assassinate him with. can we charge both Ford and her senator with the costs and waste of time involved in this farce? it must cost in the tens of thousands of dollars worth of wasted time alone.

i have to be honest. i think as well as having Ford and the senator investigated and criminally charged for things like false allegations and interference with an investigation and justice if there is no proof the event happened. that there needs to be an investigation made to see if in fact there was some sort of quiet investigation done between the time Ford went to the senator with her claims and the senator finally releasing the information as a political assassination attempt. and if so bringing extra criminal charges over that. as well as where the money came from for such an investigation. since i would think that if public moneys were used that that would be misappropriation of funds. i just have a feeling that the senator is not a complete moron. and tried (unsuccessfully) to find actual evidence that could be used, with the accusation. after all actual evidence would have made for a much better assassination attempt than a mere accusation. unless of course the allegations are indeed false and the senator KNOWS full well that they were false all along.
