My beef with the Gov is i am below the rate to pay tax on as i survive on less than $ 10.000 a year so do not pay tax , BUT BUT BUT they keep trying to collect this thing called council TAX from me and i just keep shutting the door on them tellng them i am NOT A TAX PAYER .

What you see in any European country is why many of us in the USA are fighting against happening here. The US does not need a European socialist style taxation system, we're far better than that.

The taxation system in European countries is way more complicated than what i showed for the uk , some of the Scandinavian countries are a lot more expensive than the uk with rates of 45 % .

At least with our system health care etc is built in from the get go because as a outsider looking in what you have with state taxes etc in the USA does not seem a whole lot different to what we have here really just a lot more complicated

There is about 6-8 foot of rain fall in this country per year , leave a empty bucket outside for a week here and it soon fills up people have webbed feet in some areas it is that bad !

My favourite play thing is a axe it gets that message across with few words and i have actually used the twinkie defence in a court in the uk and got away , but not with murder

I live in a state with no income tax and no sales tax... Socialized healthcare is something I am adamantly opposed to, as I am really to anything which removes personal responsibility from the equation.

The left has lost their ever Fn mind no doubt, but this tax thing is barely a meh and nothing but a bone being thrown at you to appease you for a while. Granted its better than nothing but the republicans are going Democrat retard when trying to make it out more than it is.

As long as we have 80K+ pages to explain how to file your taxes and how to deduct things, the middle class is getting Slammed by the gov't.

Deductions allows the very rich and businesses owners to pay little to no taxes after deductions and depreciation, while the majority of the w2 middle class workers get shafted with little to no exemptions. I have been on both sides.

Trump and the republicans can stick their pandering tax plans up their arses until they really do away with deductions and make it a FAIR flat tax for everyone that is based on an income to tax ratio , with no deductions.

I want to pay the same final percentage as Bill Gates pays when it comes to his income vs the amount of taxes he really pays.

In a 365 day period starting April 17 to april 18 i had 6 heart attacks how much would that have cost in your state , here everything was free and that is what i have got used to and i think it is good and proper if you have payed into the system like i was for so many years , American people are struggling with healthcare and taxes especially ones with a family

At my salary, I'd be paying somewhere in the neighborhood of $16,000-$20,000 per year in taxes that would go toward your NHS (if I'm understanding the UK healthcare funding taxation system properly). Over a 40 year working career, that's $800,000... I'd need to have a few heart attacks to get my money's worth out of that type of racket.

We have an insurance system (which I pay handsomely into) but which caps my out of pocket expenses at a level which is doable... also, in the US, we have must treat laws. Anyone, regardless of wealth, insurance, or not who goes into an emergency room with a heart attack will receive the same care as someone with the best insurance. They will be stabilized and hospitalized on the tax payer and insurance subscribers' dime until they are well. I don't agree with that entirely, but it is the system we have in place.

Yip i have had government employees telling me i pay more in taxes per year than they earned before and the 15-20k maybe a bit more here but our press always carries stories of people dying from lack of (insert name ) because they could not afford it in the USA people being shoved out of ambulances because of no insurance
