Interesting! I had not considered that possibility. In watching today, I thought she seemed definitely abused...probably around 10-13 years of age...my guess as to speech patterns, when she was actually accessing memory, rather than construct. But, I do believe she is severely damaged.

During the Senate confirmation hearing Lindsey shouted out the out of order and character question if BK thought that Military Tribunals were acceptable on American Citizens if they were involved in acts of war against the country. The answer was YES, as it is established law.

Kennedy stepped down, to make way for BK over this issue. I think the plan is to run approval for the Military Tribunals through the court, and probably shortly after he is confirmed, and they are to begin in January. They will announce the "case" and hence the Presidents direct communication.

That is why the dems went nuts, and why the death threats. BK says law is established. Sotomayor and Kagan will have to abstain, as Obama will be involved (if the issue is on his eligibility then they will be removed). So BK was needed to make sure that Tribunals can start.

Eeeeek. This is wild. Anything not nailed down will blow in this storm. This is why 50 million Q supporters were needed, if this happened last year - even if lawful and verified, folks would have lost their minds entirely. At least the Q folks will add stability.
