You Must Also Factor in SELF PRIDE into that Equation . All of Us Need a Purpose in Life other than Our Daily Bread . Human Potential should Not be Denied to those who are Unaware they Possess it .

That is what this radical change of looking upon status, wealth and power is about. In someway everybody must contribute to his or hers abillities and feel satisfied with their place and contribution to society.

I mean, people should be realistic and acept they will never be a rocket scientist ...just because of the fact that they are not smart enough. Or become a concert pianist...no matter of how much they would like to be one... these people must accept that their hands are too small for reaching the keys of the piano or do not have the talent requiered.

I think people will be surprised to think nobody wants to do the "lower" jobs. Some people just do not want the respnsibillity of a "higher" job and will gladly be a gardner or collect the waste from the streets. And make no mistake...very intelligent people can chose for such a "lower" job.
