I can't tell you if it's the same lady or not but there is a woman from that area who is mentioned around here a lot. If I recall she has a better than average accuracy with such things...

What kind of record does this lady have? I do not reject stories of psychic abilities as we all have them. Some people are just better at it and some are superstars at it.
