We have about a 25% turnover rate mainly because people move on to better things and we are growing at about 20% per year. I hire people off the street at 80k BTW....Ya they bring some skill sets we are looking for, but they still need training that takes months so all that time they are not productive yet.

The biggest part is finding quality people to fill the positions and be successful...I think no matter who is in office if you are getting into your 30s and are stuck in a poor paying job with little skills the blame is the person in the mirror.

I say this in all generality since there are very good people stuck in crappy situations that is not really their fault, BUT on the average I would say that people make poor life choices and they get screwed and blame everyone else.

You have to admit Donald Trump is probably the most dangerous president in this country's history.

Dangerous to the D.C. establishment elite, the real powers that be (deep state), and globalist agendas worldwide.

For the average American he's most likely one of the best presidents we've ever had, or maybe will ever have in the future, whether they realize it or not.

The interesting part is about 30 seconds after he hit 270 votes 50% of the country started to scream and go temporally insane over the notion the 100% chance that Hillary was going to win didn't happen.

On top of that you have 24/7 news coverage all tilted in the negative direction since long before day one. The guy can't fart in the most private room in the White House without everyone knowing about it within minutes...lol

You also have all of mainstream media/Hollywood out to get him...lots of bucks and power there.

What would be interesting to opine upon is if all this wasn't happening how crazy would his tweets be, how less politician would he act? It's like millions are poking him with sticks 24/7 and if he pokes back ever you are like SEE!!!
