Their latest attempt at delaying confirmation will fail. These allegations they've dug up are absolutely meaningless. They are politically time and motivated, making them anything but credible (not to mention they aren't relevant, too much time has passed, why wait until now, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc)

If they really have something, they should take the material to their ethics people after he's confirmed. He can always be impeached if the accuser proves the allegations are true, but anything else should be seen as a petty and last resort stall tactic.

Has the majority decided to dismiss Feinstein, Harris, etc from the Senate yet from their extreme misconduct?

It looks like her bluff was called and now she is trying to back out of it. Her lawyer released a statement saying she wont attend Mondays hearing and doesnt know when she could because she is dealing with death threats and what not right now.

I still want to know if Feinstein received a letter from Ford accusing Gorsuch of the same thing during his confirmation process.

Perhaps this is why Feindstein won't show the original letter to the Republican chairman. He has asked her for a copy numerous times.

Kavanaugh and Gorsuch did go to the same school...about the same time.
