Questions regarding replies and quotes.

I hope this is put in the correct category. My apologies to staff and everyone else if it isn't.

I am a new user but have made my way around the boards quite comfortably. I've gotten myself quite familiar with the layout and find it very user-friendly. With that being said there is one thing I am having trouble with and maybe someone can help me!

Question: I'm finding that sometimes a comment of mine is replied to or I am quoted and I don't see it unless I go to the thread and scroll and scroll. Is there a location on this site where you can easily just see these things? Or notifications of some sort?

I'm sure there is and I am just over looking it.

top right next to the speedometer.

Looks like a talk balloon.

On the top bar you'll find to the right an icon that is "speaking" bubbles.

Click that and it'll open up a screen that will show replies to your threads and comments.

Actually YES! I see a lot of people entering images into their posts. Is this something I can do with a link or do I have to upload the picture to my account in order to be able to use it? Whenever I click the image button it doesn't really give me a "link" option. It's just all black.
