Well if it's the state gov sue them in federal court be a use that would be illegal . Apparently, In-and-Out also donated about $80,000 to Democrats supporting my belief that business in general just tries to stay on the right side of those who write the rules and regulations by greasing the skids. The real shock to the California Democrats in this case must have been that there were any Republicans left in the state for the chain to donate to.

The Democrats aren't content with that apparently.
