Ascension... the TV mini series on Netflix that never got off the ground... the way it should.

All the sci-fi involved. The speculation. The pseudo science involved. Does anyone really believe choosing a genetically compatible sample of human DNA would save itself from future war ,and destruction, and annihilation that humanity is known for? Ascension is also the perfect example of class warfare, servitude, and socialist class warfare. Just because I was born the son of a blacksmith, should it limit me from being the future premier in medicine?


So many questions for socialists.

I watched the first two episodes and gave up when I found out it was more about politics than science fiction.

The show had potential and the politics ruined it. I'd much rather a Firefly rebirth.

I loved this show and the ending was pretty good, I'd like to see a second season of how things are handled afterwards!
