Ive always thought, the Chinese and Russians, maybe even N.Koreans were planning a long term plan to eventually launch a coordinated strike against America......they know that it will eventually be them or us......so.........could the Russians be putting the final chess pieces in place?

No.

Those US satellites all checked out. They like vanilla ice cream, baseball, puppies, AND kittens. Their behavior is normal and definitely not Russian

Translation - "Well, we really know exactly what it is, and we know what those dirty bastages are doing with it up there too. And, we don't like it one bit, but we can't tell you because then we'd have to kill you, all of you. So instead we'll just tell you there's something up there doing something and it ain't good so you'll get all wadded up over it and go hide under your bed, BUT not until AFTER this brief message from our sponsors!"

Keep it vague and somehow threatening.

How else do you get obscene levels of funding for Starfleet Space Force.

Does spray paint function in a near vacuum?

It's probably just tagging the other satellites with the graffiti "Putin waz ere.
".

The US has anti-satellite weaponry up there, so why would they point a finger at Russia when the other fingers are pointing at us. Trump has made it clear he is going to increase the space force, maybe Russia is just showing off.

I love how they use the term "inspection satellites / vehicles".

Doesn't that have an interesting ring to it!

"Hi there! We just thought we'd drop by to check on you. Because, you know...we CAN."

I can see why the US is concerned, Russia have have wanted a satellite destroyer since at least the 70s/80s with the development of the Polyus. Polyus was an orbital weapons platform armed with a 1-megawatt laser, designed to destroy satellites.

The Polyus spacecraft, also known as Polus, Skif-DM, GRAU index 17F19DM, was a prototype orbital weapons platform designed to destroy Strategic Defense Initiative satellites with a megawatt carbon-dioxide laser. It had a Functional Cargo Block derived from a TKS spacecraft to control its orbit and it could fire test targets to demonstrate the fire control system. The Polyus spacecraft was launched 15 May 1987 from Baikonur Cosmodrome Site 250 as part of the first flight of the Energia system, but failed to reach orbit.

A Russian satellite, as in a, one? What about the hundreds of American spy satellites flying over any and all the countries they want to fly over?

Yeah, you're right. We should just write to congress and demand they stop looking into this and all foreign satellites.
