I enjoy watching a good MMA bout but I'm no hard core enthusiast.

I remember watching royce gracie in the original ufc tournaments. I was blown away...

My parents sent me too tai kwon do classes for two years when I was in elementary school.. what a silly discipline..(no offense to any practitioners who may be reading its just my meathead opinion) I really wish I had taken jujitsu instead.

I appreciate a Good striker I really do, but I respect technical grappling...

I'm not hardcore either. I like it a lot better now that there are weight classes and rules. UFC 100 was what changed it for me. I never really liked it before then. Then I saw Hendo double tap Bisping and I was made a fan.

Those old mismatches were entertaining as all get out to me. Dan "the beast" Severon (sp) Tank abbot. Good times...

But yes, the sport has come along way, the way some of these guys(and gals) move and transition is just a joy to watch..

I have a few screws in my neck now so I can't even horse around..It's not worth the risk..

I have one "good one" left in me and I don't want to waste it...

I tried to vape.. I had a lot of clear liquid mucas. I felt like I had water in my lungs.. tried vaping MM too but again the same issue..

but if it works for other people then I say "do you".
