Young love is a flame; very pretty, often very hot and fierce, but still only light and flickering. The love of the older and disciplined heart is as coals, deep-burning, unquenchable. – Henry Ward Beecher

Gosh our love has lasted since 2002, it's not even young love anymore now we are in our 40's lol
EDIT
I'm happy waiting, and my ex wife wants me and her to get back together haha, it's incestuous friendships in my society!

EDIT
Ex wife doesn't want to get back with me, back with other girl she likes lol
Ex wife did say she was feeling broody watching our son play rugby the other day though and I did say I'd make another child with her if she wanted to. She laughed and said she'd think about it haha

Young love could also be considered as a lustful and passionate love, not sure if romantic love fits in with that kind of love but I do know the lustful/passionate type of love doesn't last.

I've done lustful and passionate love, this is not that. lustful and passionate love was my Mexican girlfriend and a British girl who bit my nose, still wear the scars.
lustful and passionate love is fantastic but it is not the love in my mini story about the girl I said no to having a child with, totally different.

While typing the missus in the other room is watching Heartbeat and Bob Dylan came on singing "try and catch the wind". Ah I wish I was back when that was released. Some nice music festivals, lovely time. Why can I never remember it raining? Give us a greasy spoon.

Hey Say, haha she has bigger fists than me, I wouldn't mess with her!
...I think the politics will be eternally a thing on ATS right/left, black/white, they can't help themselves being divisive...it seems to be a US thing, maybe a hobby they like to partake in lol.

A stall in the Inside Market was selling Parmo Pie this morning.....I felt both violated and tempted.
So I settled for the best local delicacy....a couple of savoury's from The Diner also in the Inside Market.

Now relaxing to some quality New Order;

Meant to buy a couple of books this morning but somehow I forgot - short term memory loss getting worse! - so scratching about looking for something to re-read.

Bloody 'ell mate that looks filthy as #, I'd walk down the hill now if they sold that in the market.
...I had a McD's double sausage and egg muffin earlier though, they are a vice of mine lol.
Cool tunes for a midday

I'm reading 'Vurt' by Jeff Noon at the moment, really good, like a world of virtual reality with drugs.
I'm only a few chapters in but I'm hooked.

They are definitely a local delicacy never seen or heard of them being sold anywhere else.

I sometimes do my own variation;
Sausage meat.
Chopped onions.
One chopped tomato.
Seasoning to suit.
Thick pork stock mix.

Very nice....but not as nice as the traditional one sold in the Market.

I think you can buy some Savoury mix at The Diner for cooking at home....I'll get you some, then all you need is Bread Buns and lashings of butter!

Will have a look at that book when I'm in town next, probably some time Friday.

Bring some down to the Exmouth gig!!!
I love filthy food haha, I reckon you could set a stall up and sell that here on weekend nights.
...good book mate, strange concept with the virtual reality drug, makes me think of Dimethyltryptamine

< 3 Love that band!

Trying to sleep but had a bit of music on youtube and this came up, had to look into who it was lmao

So The Beatles were first Silver Beatles?

This song so weird lol, like very raw but good, and that's Paul McCartney right?

First time i listen to them like this but it has a very different feeling, i liked it a lot, sounds like a very different band

I can't sleep lol, of all the worst days it had to be this one

I found this song, i kind of love it, except for the part of not reading the books but oh well

This one is a Puerto Rican band, not sure why they don't sing in English but nice all the way on the meaning. And so cool it has actual lyrics to not bother with trying to figure it out otherwise, i wonder how they speak so good Spanish

I can't sleep, i have already counted all the black dots on the ceiling, and the shadows look like dinosaurs and there's even one that looks like a standing man out there next to the door, and then the chair makes it look like there's a dog standing next on the bed and how do you go to sleep if there's a world of weird creatures waiting for you to sleep to kill you?

Lmfao, i can't sleep

Need a Full English this morning....and just for any of our wayward and errant colonial cousins from across the pond can I have extra lashings of BAKED BEANS with it....best have extra bacon as well - real bacon, not the pitiful excuse for bacon Uncle Sam provides - and I think I'll have a slice of fried bread along with the toast.

Extra large mug of piping hot Yorkshire Tea please.

Something to listen to;

I was not aware of this song until now but thank you so much, it is a great song and i can relate a lot to it

I would also love a heart attack breakfast like the ones you have on the UK lol

And LOL about the beans stuff, Americans crying about beans then they go eat Mexican burritos on Chipotle, don't they know Mexican eat beans with meat and sausages as a breakfast as well. And eggs with tortillas and beans and beef and guacamole? And that all of those brunch stuff they eat are actually Mexican breakfast stuff? But they love Mexican food! LMFAO!

Every American I've ever met likes Mexican food....and love Full English Breakfasts.

Amazes me that they slate us for liking baked beans on our breakfasts yet love eating mountains of pancakes.

I admit it looks tempting...but not when I've just woke up, and not quite as many!

And this is really a pitiful example of bacon...

The Clash aren't known as 'The only band that matters' for nothing....their first three albums are among the greatest ever recorded, everyone should own a copy of them.

One of the greatest songs ever recorded, helped change my life and shape my whole world view;

From their second album, Give 'em enough rope.

Any excuse to indulge myself and post Clash songs.
From London Calling album, something a bit different to what some people might expect of The Clash.

Many of their non-album tracks and B-sides are truly undiscovered gems.

Enough of my ramblings.
