He had a reaction to the MMR vaccine and is 23 and built like a tank with the mind of a 10 year old, him and my 12 year old son get on like a house on fire.

He works as a builders labourer with his old man and he does pick things up just scared to speak a lot of the time

Aw mate that's nice to read. I think the building game is really accepting for people with learning disabilities, autism, or whatever. If you can use a shovel and a brush there will always be work. Every builder I know is decent and nice to folk less able minded.
We have a guy who can't cope with anything like measurements or whatever but when there's concrete needs mixing or rubble to be cleared etc he's our top man, strong as an ox just in his own world in his head. He's as much a part of the team as everyone else.

Lmao! I didn't expect the creepy face haha!
...no microwave food for me today, it will be cheesy chips and bacon bread rolls at the rugby club later...oh, and a few pints of course.

EDIT
Your comments in the Mexican caravan thread were really interesting. You have a unique neutral position being there but not a Mexican or US citizen.
You well done that certain science loving member as well when he tried his arguing, haha, actually laughed out loud reading some of your replies!

How has been the weekend so far guys? Hope everyone is having a great time < 3

I watched this video just a few mintues ago, i have posted a couple songs from this same singer before, but this one i had not seen until now i think. She was 16 or so at the time, now she is 34, she's so funny

Song talks about how she already feels all grown up in 2000 when she was like 16 lmao

She also made this video as a homage to The Ramones several years ago

Bacon bread rolls... Is cheddar involved? Something is kind of coming out of my mouth and rolling down right now lmfao

I'm not a religious person, i was raised without any religion or concept of a God or Demons or whatever and i know this band is Christian but i don't have any issues with that, i love this voice. So magical and special and the lyrics are very good and pure. I just love her for being the way she is

Cool tunes and a cool weekend thanks, watched our town win at rugby, lost my voice cheering lol, then had a silly one when my son who lives next door got home at 2 am.
His girlfriend was drunk and emotional so I went into dad mode and chilled her out lol funny night really enjoyed.

EDIT
Cheddar cheese was involved haha do they sell it in Mexico yeh? ...melted on the bacon bread roll...heaven haha

Aw I just had a text from my son's girlfriend saying thanks for being like a dad last night. She doesn't know her own dad and her mother has mental health issues so she's kind of on her own...but she's not now, so long as she's with my son I'll treat her like a daughter...I love doing 'dad stuff' helping out getting through the crazy emotions and heartache of growing up.
I feel old though haha!

Been a strange and at times draining few days....four funerals in just over a week.

But the world keeps turning and life goes on.

A couple of cracking tunes to cheer things up;

Two of my favourites!!! Good choice

...I'd assumed you'd had a bad week with it, good to see you back mate. Funerals are heavy going but strangely I like them, it is the chance to cry collectively with people who feel the same.
Best funeral I went to was a year or so ago, mates mum killed herself because she had some horrible disease and she didn't want to have her arse wiped by strangers, it was perfect, she didn't believe in gods or anything so it was a reading of her final words from a letter, beautiful, 'Don't stop me now' by Queen was one of the tracks played at the service.

Some people think I'm a bit strange when I say I've had some cracking times at funerals.

But it was emotionally draining due to the suddenness and other circumstances surrounding these deaths, the relatively young age of all concerned and the number of them in such a short time.

Can't help thinking I might be dodging a bullet.....

90's rave days are catching up with us as a mate said in work the other day.
I've got Menieres disease, no cure, expect to be totally deaf and dizzy all the time in maybe ten years, crazy thing is I fear going deaf more than the vertigo/dizzy episodes, a world with no music wtf, the tinnitus is bad enough, like shouting volume right now, I make a tune out of the high pitched noises lol
EDIT
My son is ambitious as # though, he wants a fleet of plumbers and vans working for him and said he'd find some job for me in his empire no matter what my condition is haha

I was born partially deaf in both ears and my hearing has deteriorated slightly over the years due to all the concerts / raves etc I've been too as well as a natural decline due to encroaching middle-age.

Despite it being a constant source of merriment - and at times frustration - for my friends I seem to be managing ok at present...I refuse to get a hearing aid, but I think it is inevitable.

Not sure what would be worse; blindness or deafness.
The thought of not being able to see the world around me and being unable to read books etc scares the crap out of me.
But a world without music....unthinkable.

Just read up on Meniere's disease; sounds awful.....but we learn to live and adapt to our ailments, its the sudden loss of a sense that is absolutely frightening.

Yes! My mate used to say he'd rather go blind than deaf, he was a part time DJ and massively loved his music. I disagreed with him at the time but now in my situation I have changed my mind lol
