I'm prone to developing allergies so I avoid potential allergens where ever possible really, as for soda I'm addicted to it. I find it way more refreshing than water.

Reminds me of a Reddit user's story about this girl they worked with who was an over exaggerating hypochondriac. One day she claimed she was now deathly allergic to water and now can only drink diet coke. Co worker showed her the number one ingredient... she proceeds to fake a seizure and lie down after hearing this news.

Apparently, fed up with her b.s. they just left her lay until she got up and pretended like nothing happened.

If that’s true you should avoid soda as it has more potential allergens than water genius, and we’ve all read your links and they do not substantiate your initial claim that water is not needed for life.

So please, link to any reliable source that has any evidence at all that water is not essential to life......il wait..........nothing? Then admit defeat and retain what little dignity you have left.

I was an Army Grunt 3 tours over seas in the desert, some of our rucks were for days, in 120 degree heat carrying over 115lbs of gear.

If all i drank was soda that whole time, my body would be dehydrated , my internal organs would have shut down and id be dead.
