It's what happens when your business model makes 5% return and is based on having prime real estate. Then existing in a very competitive market where pricing is the race to the bottom, and stay there.

Those scummy fast food workers eh? Those that should be getting better jobs should definitely try harder and make better food, in fact they should be payed even less than they are now because that will motivate them to make better burgers and keep your fries nice and toasty for ya....
