Well given this mans grievances are long and documented, and he had a grudge against them, I don't think any other POTUS would have made any difference to his logic.

But even though there is zero substance to claim it may have been Trump and his words against the MSM (which most of us will agree have been disingenuous for decades) to still attribute some blame towards him says so much more about just how people want to attack him with nothing more than opinionated talking points.

"This dude shot up a media place, Trump hates the media. It's Trumps fault!"
"Uhh no, this guy was nuts."
"But Trump still hates the media, so you never know..."

Rest assured now, if anyone does attack a media outlet with their deluded political obligations, people will include this in the statistics.
