That is why you make "EMP Shells" with all of the components that would be used up/fried in the "shell", kind of like artillary rounds.

By the way, EMPs can be deadly to humans as it can disrupt electrical impuses in your brain and nervous system. I used to work with a guy that flew E-3s. He recalled one of his first days. He said,

The technician told us not to worry about EMP weapons being used on the plane since the electronics were encased in a faraday cage. He said that the electronics were designed to survive an EMP blast of that magnitude. What he neglected to tell us is that the human body isn't, so we would have perfectly good aircraft with no crew flying them.

Electronics meant for military purposes has special protection against nuclear or any type of EMP. Nothing will go wrong. so stay cool, you can enjoy with free mind... nothing will happen if some aliens strike. The wepons of this planet are much advanced then people can imagine. this information is not passed to public because not everybody can digest that aort of things.
