Fox News Pundit Charles Krauthammer Dead At 68

The conservative Washington Post columnist and TV commentator announced his cancer diagnosis earlier this month.

I always thought that he was the smartest person in the arena of politics.

I always walked away a little smarter whenever I read something of his, or watched him on tv.

RIP to a very wise teacher.

A great loss of a brilliant man.
I still have a Krauthammer tee shirt, my son got me for Father's Day.

The worlds of politics and Baseball have lost a great man.

That being said, we should look to celebrate the life that he fought to live and draw inspiration from it.

Across the political spectrum he is both admired and respected for his humble yet poignant commentary on politics in the USA - an extremely rare thing in 2018.

He oozed wisdom & intelligence. He deserves a state funeral.

RIP Charles, you always fought the good fight - right up until the end.

I never knew till a few weeks ago that he had been in a wheelchair for most of his adult life.

Truly inspiring and a brilliant mind.

When I wanted real solid information and perspective from a conservative; Mr. Krauthammer was the man I listened to.

Many , many years ago , I did not like Charles a bit . To me , he was the epitome of Juan Williams sometimes.
Yet , I did like the shocked faces of the others on Fox when he spoke .
Then I realized that he was not speaking from a liberal or democrat viewpoint. He was speaking PRECISELY what either would happen or what needed to be done.

Spent very many years after that listening to Krauthammer's words of wisdom . About as unbiased as one can be .
He truly was "Da Hammer" of Fox news.

He was an intellectual enigma. He will be missed.

I could have sworn he died a few weeks ago. There was a thread about him and I swear it said he passed away. Am I not remembering correctly?

That thread was when he came out saying he had terminal cancer and only had a few weeks to live.
