ABC Apologizes For Graphic Declaring Manafort Pleaded Guilty to Manslaughter

So ABC TV puts up a graphic while showing a picture of Trump talking about immigration and a possible EO to correct the laws and court rulings.

They cleverly put up something that probably has millions actually believing it.

Of course they used the "wait and apologize later" tactic.

And naturally, they are investigating how it happened and will take steps to make sure it doesn't happen again 😃

If you were watching ABC News during President Trump‘s remarks to pool reporters earlier, you may have seen, um, this:

As you probably deduced right away, no, Paul Manafort did not plead guilty to manslaughter.

It’s weird why the chyron error was so specific, but it was up for approximately 7 seconds and ABC News has now apologized:

The smell of desperation and fear is priceless.

They know they're going down.

I will bet $50, payable to your favorite charity, that by the end of the week this becomes a talking point for some low info knee jerk Liberals. It'll be on Twitter than Trump is associated with a mass murderer or some other silly sh**.

In one article I read, it was described as a Chyron malfunction. As someone familiar and as someone who has operated a Chyron, it doesn't work that way, and at least 3 people would have to be involved.

A Chyron is basically a fancy electronic type writer. First you must physically type in the information, choosing the type of font and the color. Then it must be saved.

Nothing is aired until the Director calls for the tag from the Chyron operator, usually a number, then the Director tells the Switcher to get it ready and only after he says take it does it get aired.

3 different people at least, no simple mistake anyhow. If I was Chyron I would be after them for another correction, as ABC owns this alone.

With these people, it is always "the ends justify the means". (One of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.)

People saw that blurb and many will have missed the retraction. Misinformation is one of their best tactics because not everybody will follow up with additional verification.

Truth has to fight every step of the way.

Trump was right: Fake News is the enemy of the American people.
