Bottom line, if you have the card, you are most likely stoned all the time, thus the controversy of walking around with a handgun. It is just logic, and glad the courts see it that way.

Pot doesn't work that way. If you're smoking it all the time, it becomes what is normal for that person. Impairment diminishes, the more a person is used to it.

If one stops for a couple of days, and starts up again, yes, then the stone is back. But to use all the time, one does not notice the stone. This is why chronic users take a break now and then.

My bet would be not that many, not that many at all.

Now alcohol on the other hand, well guns and alcohol certainly do not mix and is a recipe for a really crappy cocktail.
