Mysterious 2.8 billion year old spheres??

A lot older than man, but not naturally created, where have they come from? What is their purpose? Have a read of this and the linked pages within:

Possible signs of a war long, long ago. A war between whom? Former inhabitants that were here so shortly that there is little sign of them? Alien races? Obviously they were crafted by something other than man. Too perfect for us.

That would open up some new theories. Aliens are visiting ancient battlefields. Possibly field trips for young greys.

I don't know, but worth watching for any more news on.
