Kids in public school will spread every disease possible back to their homes. Used to happen when the kids lived at home. We get two or three colds every season because of that, now that they're out of the house, I haven't gotten sick in many years. Now the grand kids are getting into position to spread the sickies.

And when young billy plays with his friends from somewhere else that they've just returned from after visiting home, and contracts a virus that you have no immunity to, and you spread it to the bloke at the 7/11 and he spreads it to the carrier who brings his goods, and he spreads it to other truckers who drive far and wide...

Nothing to worry about. Have an apple and some lemon water.

here is how you solve that.
at 18 years old, you offer any kid 50k to get a vesectamy. cash.

then, he can reverse it whenever he wants, possibly for free, or hell, he has 50k, let him save 2k to reverse it.

no more unwanted pregnancies. and the kid would have 50k for college or partying.

DRASTIC lower income pregnancies, in 15 years you have no choice but to increase minimum wage, as there would not be enough workers.

at least in america, population problem solved.

crime would plummet, because people would have more more. (i routinely see families of 5-7 and the parents are both under 30, now all that money would go just to the husband wife if that, no more having to buy food for the kids, or go on welfare for the kids.)

just the decrease in crime would be spectacular.

Three mutations away?!

Oh noes ...

Understand that there are numerous strains of flu that are only a few mutations away from wiping out hundreds of thousands. They can infect people who are in close contact with animals, but that's about as far as it goes.

They scare you by telling you how few mutations it would take, but they never tell you the odds of those mutations occurring.

Is it possible? Yes. Is it probable? About as much as winning the lottery or a catastrophic volcanic eruption ...

A woman just died from inhaling Hanta Virus, she picked up, cleaning a getaway cabin down in Oregon. This could rain S$%%t onto a lot of Preppers. This once was called the Navajo Flu, and it killed very effectively on their Rez. It spread from dried rodent droppings being swept up, from cleaning up in houses. The year before, they had a bumper crop of rodents, eating the bumper crop of pine nuts.
