A few questions:

Where were you standing when you took the picture? (inside a building, near a glass panel, ect ect)

What time of day was it when you took the picture?

Do you recall any reason for the picture? (other then it was a good shot)

Other then all that, let my digest this for a day or so. Could be a drone, could be a time lapsed helocopter, could be anything right now. I'll post my opinoin on this later.
