Our country is great. It has always been great. We don't need anybody to make it "great again". We need someone to make it progress, not regress.

It's been "great" because of the way we have done things. Things within our own borders, and managing our relationships with those beyond them. I could name many of them and call them to your attention, but if you don't know what they are by now, you won't ever. I assume you do.

Trump is in the process of dismantling those things that have made the country great. Within our borders and beyond.
If he is allowed to continue for more than one term, he will be our undoing. Unless of course, he suddenly becomes intelligent and educated and looks at the third world country he's created and asks "Who Knew"?

Is John McCain REALLY sick? Yesterday he was complaining like mad over the potential of Russia rejoining the G7. Today, he complaining like mad about President Trump making America First.

Yes, we homo sapeins all live on the same planet and we have lots of nations that all trade with advanced communications thus having a global economy.

Kind of like a school yard. Except its a school as if you took a kid from the entire range of incomes across an entire city and put them all together. And once there they never stop going to school. It just kept playing out the whole pecking order game. Bullies picking on bullies. Nerds trying to keep their underwear under their outerwear. Etc. Gangs form up, 'because thats what homo sapiens do'. Lots of lunch money on the playground, but not too many of the kids have too much of it. The lunch money mostly moving 'upwards' towards the ones who had the most lunch money from the parents first thing in the mornings. Most of those handful, when this whole petri dish game began, almost like luck, happened to be big enough to push people around if they wanted to, smart enough to pay other kids to do it for them, eventually getting them to rip off the other kids and hand them most of the take. All rationalized because its all possible, and people been doing it forever, so lets just keep doing the game the same way. Maybe call the petri dish Murphy's Law, and perform the ritual everyday like its a religion. And then call themselves "sophisticated" for it.

Yea.

A wonderful "Trump effect" is rippling through the DIMocrats in Congress right now! They are TRIGGERED, and becoming even less focused on figuring out how to WIN.

The "undoing" and "dismantling" was headed off at the pass in Nov 2016.

Maybe I'm reading this article wrong, but I think it's misleading. The first paragraph:

The ink on the deal was still wet when Donald Trump decided to pull out. The US president has backtracked on a joint statement agreed at a G7 summit in Quebec, Canada, just hours earlier because, Trump claims, Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau made "false statement" at a press conference.

Using words like "pull out" and "backtracked" makes it seem like Trump agreed to something and then changed his mind. Reading the article (twice) I couldn't find anything where Trump agreed to anything different from what he said he wanted going in. The way I read it was, "The G7 agreed on this, but that country disagreed with that, or this other country disagreed on this other thing. Oh, and Trump was late for a breakfast on gender equality."

Is the G7 the sort of organization where if six countries want something the seventh has to agree? I don't think Trump sees it that way.

But if anyone sees anything in this article saying that Trump agreed to something at the G7 meeting and then changed his mind after he left, please point it out to me. If I'm wrong, I apologize in advance for my poor reading comprehension skills.

McCain is a real warrior...no doubt about that! If anyone will find a way to speak from the grave, it will be John McCain.

How the hell are you a Republican and don't know what the word gerrymandered means?

I would have respected Obama if he has shown some backbone like Trump does, rather then the spineless, sissy behavior we saw all through the Obama administration. Obamas hate America, and Trump loves America.

It's because someone shook his hand a bit hard and Trump got upset.
He has delicate hands.

HOW/WHAT do Democrats in the U.S. Congress gain, from tariffs ($$$) that Canada adds to U.S. products coming into that country?

Democrats are FOR Canadian tariffs that hurt U.S. farmers, and AGAINST tax cuts that help Americans?

Nah...they can't be THAT Anti-America...right?

Because there is no word in Russian which describes gerrymandering.

AMERICA FIRST!

Americans who don't like it, should leave the country.

A child-hood friend moved to Montreal Canada 15 years ago. Loves it there!

"American first" (expect when its Russia or China then they go first.)

Or Syria First. Or is it Iran First? Oh wait North Korea First. Hold on its Israel First. Then Saudi Arabia First. Then China First. Then Amerika.

One thing Trump is consistent on is not putting America First when given the chance.

I've seen photos of Obama bowing down really low to certain world leaders. CNN praised him for his agility and respect. The U.S. image was going down the drain big-time in those days.

of what?

Trump is doing a wonderful job, and understanding what he is doing is far above your pay scale.

you might want to leave the heavy lifting for the adults

A lot of war-lovers would be delighted to no end, if Trump walked away from the Kim Jong during their meeting, and returned home.
