"Army"? Army of what, exactly?

The left riots: "Oh my God, what fascists! They should be lined up and executed for treason!"

The right riots: "Yay! They're standing up for freedoms and against tyranny! Yay team! Do the exact thing we have been complaining about for months on end! Damage as much stuff as possible to send a message!"

Yeah, sounds about right.

The difference is the left generally riots against people with a different political ideology whereas the right riot against the government.

Not true. Left and Right have rioted and protested against governments across the world since R and L became a concept. They've both done the same against groups of people with different ideologies.

The original point stands that one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter...or tomato/tomato.

Dads army perhaps, and they would try kicking you out the country as well even if you think supporting them would help you stay

Radical Islam in this country is already being fought, quite successfully, by the UK authorities. Like all radical groups, they are a minority of a minority and they keep losing. Pointless screaming about the existence of muslims is on a par with pointless screaming about other minorities in the past (the Irish, Eastern Europeans, Jews, etc, etc, etc), all of which have integrated successfully into this country.
I don't know what you are talking about, in terms of 'the cucks who enable them', other than I suspect that you are outraged that others don't hate as violently as you seem to.
The idiots on that march are not an 'army', they are a group of thugs who are too stupid to understand the law and who just want a chance to punch people who can't fight back.

Exactly how was the victim in danger of being exposed by his actions?

It's to protect the victims from being subjected further harassment, in most rape cases people blame the victim.
And as I said before it involves people are young as 11 years old. Would you want your kids face being live streamed to thousands of people as they walked into a court house?

It also says that the defendants names can be made public and their faces shown. But at that time of the trial no one, not even media could be out there filming for the safety of the victims.

Also, it doesn't matter what you think, the law is written and it should not be broken. Tommy was probably ignorant to this law, just like pretty much all his underlings seem to not even bother googling "why was tommy robinson arrested" and dozens of articles clearly explain why.

And they say the "left" acts off emotions, yea look at all the idiots 'chasing' police away with sticks and traffic cones over some racist idiot.

And yet we have seen media filming outside of other pedophile cases with no arrests

We seldom agree, but when you're right, you're right.

That appears to be what many of them are saying, alright. If it's not their tyranny, it's wrong.

Tommy Robinson has been known to support sex criminals within the EDL. A few of their 'top boys' have been outed as paedophiles.

One could make some pretty wicked assumptions of someone defending that kind of man, given that he acts fairly pro rape himself. Pro skinhead rape, anyway.

Anything to back that up besides perhaps an ANTIFA communist rag being tossed about a university?

Got evidence?

Of all the times I've seen reporting on court cases I can honestly say the video shown is short, well placed and never revealing.

Public cases where defendants get recorded, maybe say a few words... People seem to love that stuff. The recording of victims I've never seen. Can't say I've ever seen the BBC or ITV news be in contempt of court.

Here's a BBC article on the subject Here

Journalists tend to actually follow a case and know exactly what they should and shouldn't report whilst keeping their paperwork in order, it's called professionalism.

Because they are supervised or it's a different part of the trial ... or the people involved are of age and consent to being filmed. It's all written in the hand book there.

Speaking as a journalist who knows colleagues who write on a daily basis about intellectual property matters and the court cases that these involve, I have to say that they are very, very, careful not to fall foul of any contempt of court issue. A friend of mine trained as a lawyer but writes about legal issues and she is scrupulous in her attention to detail when it comes to reviewing copy. It is professionalism. Otherwise they'd get fined or even imprisoned.

The difference between the modern right and left is that the enemy of the right is the state, the enemy of the left is everyone.

That's just bull#. All one needs to do to see that is to follow the political forums on ATS which are full of right-wing authoritarians who cheer a hoax about it being legal to shoot people who spray paint a Confederate statue, who lose their # if people kneel (reject forced public displays of patriotism) during the Anthem, who screech daily that media critical of President should be shutdown — even going to the point of saying that reporters critical of the President should be lined up and shot for treason.

I can provide you examples of all of this.

The modern Right in the West looks a lot like it always has. A lot of this # is similar to the volkisch movements that gave rise to Nazism. I'm not saying it will again but it's pretty clear that the far-right isn't anti-state, they're pro-authoritarian state.

And furthermore, it is the Right that sees itself in a culture war against everyone else, one they feel justified in waging because of their perception of being the gatekeepers of legitimate national identity.

It's mind boggling that ultranationalists would ever describe themselves as anti-state.

They're waking up the beast.

Yeah, you're not talking about empowering people through scaling back the state, you're implying violent overthrow if your political ideology isn't dominate. Not even close to the same thing. Just borrowed concepts as a pretext.

You are so wrong about the right being pro-authoritarian. Very very wrong.

I think the lines are blurred as to what the right is these days.

It seems to me that if you're anything other than a left wing "liberal"(what a joke that has become) then you are a Nazi Racist Far Right White Supremacist.

NRFRWS have rights too!

No, it is not.
The authorities turned a blind eye to Pakistani rape gangs for decades - very much part of radical islam.
It's past time for the people to deal with radical islam.

Who exactly is being prosecuted right now again? Yes, they should have been stopped earlier, but then we can argue for ages about the blind eyes being turned by multiple authorities at various times. The Roman Catholic church covered up priests molesting people for decades. Is that proof that Radical Catholicism exists?
