Its about time they get with the program and start covering up the women! Its sinful skin that must be obfuscated...for progressivism and feminism and stuff.
now, if we can only get rid of the ankle exposure...

I just read, for the most part, 5 pages of misogynistic garbage that sounded like it was coming from 13 year old boys.
The whole idea of a genetic lottery based pageant is ridiculous. We need to stop making physical appearance such a big issue. In the world of attraction physical appearance is subjective.
Why is it that so many woman feel unattractive? Why do they go to great lengths to look more attractive, even going as far as to do harmful things to themselves because of what they feel about their physical appearance.
From the sound of it many of the men, I use thst term loosely, on this forum seem to believe that a woman's best attributes are merely physical. Some of you actually said there is no reason to have a miss America pageant if it isn't about looks. Very sad.
As long as men continue to think this way woman will continue to suffer. Very sad that most of you either don't care or are too ignorant to see the negative psychological impact this misogynistic garbage is having on our beautiful women.

It's about time they phased out that cheesy swimwear competition.
Now they're free to up their game and bring on the lingerie competition! Win back all those viewers who jumped ship long ago for the annual Victoria's Secret runway show by featuring a wide variety of designers!

That would be upping their game only on a show named the T&A pageant.

"The T&A Pageant" is what most any "Miss X" pageant was known as in my neck of the woods (and ironically they hardly delivered). No man I know ever really knew or cared about the difference between Miss America, Miss U.S.A., Miss Universe, or Miss Whatever. Among people I know only women, and boys 12-16 years old ever really cared to watch any of them.

Evidence of what? That there was no nudity in pageants (aka: delivering "T&A")?
Evidence that any Miss Whatever pageant was known here with the universal moniker "The T&A Pageant"?
Perhaps you're looking for a list of all the men I know who don't care about pageants so that you can interview them yourself?
You'll need to be more specific with your absurd request.

I've never watched the show, but I can't see how less swimsuits is ever a good thing, so I say "boo!" Let the cleavage and legs get some air, Miss America Pageant.
Yes, this! It's a distraction from listening to them insist that they can be pretty and smart, right before they prove they can't. Like a blonde insisting she can chew gum & walk at the same time -- we all know better.
In all seriousness, like no one's going to leer at the tight bodices on the dresses, come on. Cleavage is cleavage, people will settle for no legs to ogle.
