ATS polls

Hiya, I was wondering if it was possible to bring back the ability to make polls with posts? Why was it disabled anyway?

I believe people were misusing the polls, making polls that had no point.

Polls should be brought back IMHO. Just give it a significant point cost or something say 1000 points per Poll or something, or have it like the WATS award and only give a certain number per month. Yes it is open to abuse, but it's alot better then having a poll that is 5-6 pages long, and you have to manually count it

Very good idea in my humble opinion. At least if it 'costs' people something they will think twice before starting meaningless polls for any old topic, but at least the facility will still be there for worthwhile causes.

well if you could get mod to give you the go ahead, and it would cost the pesron points... then that would be cool... so ppl dont misuse them that way.
