They are probably making bogus claims on the top secret docs to hold them back, therefore Trump will get them out on the table and review them one by one and say, show me the problem. If they cannot back up their claims and reasons for withholding then they go into the, go directly to Congress pile.

Then there will be no problem producing the authorization paperwork for this paid "informant". The dates on that paperwork will turn some in the leo community into perjurers as they have testified UNDER OATH to congress when these "investigations" began.
