Also the longer it goes on, the easier it will be to fabricate evidence, counterfeit official documents, coach someone to remember their lines so they can be a "witness", shuffle money around to bribe people, give someone time to consider if they want to join in the fun, more time to apply pressure to people they want to testify (falsly)..

Rosenstein complied with Trumps demands to investigate the FBI and a spy inside the Trump campaign. That investigation has been assigned to OIG Horowitz.

Something that should be pointed out. Given the known timeline Halper was placed into the Trump admin prior to the dossier being used.

Funny how people tend to forget the abuses we have seen in government. We had the IRS caught attacking conservatives. Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for withholding evidence. tens of thousands of veterans were denied proper health care at VA hospitals. Their names were added to phony waiting lists and they were stonewalled for months or even years. The Office of Personnel Management suffered a catastrophic data breach that exposed the confidential records of at least 10 million federal employees to hackers. Arming Mexican drug dealers in fast and furious and now it appears the Obama administration weaponized the FBI against their opponents.

When you look back on it the Obama administration was probably the most corrupt president in US history and sadly I voted for him twice.

It definitely looks like the dossier was cooked up to justify spying, and was not the reason for anything.

The question is, was there some legitimate reason to have Halper there? I have to think the answer is no, because if there was they wouldn't have needed all the dishonest gimmickry with Steele and his dossier.
