I work in the psychic industry, if you can call it that. I actually am not sure what it is called. Anyway, I hang out with Tarot readers, past life
regressionists, healers, clairvoyants, spirit mediums, and the like.
Anyway, here is just a little info.
Many times a first past life regression doesn't yield huge results. You are attempting to do something that few people are highly skilled in doing.
The information may or may not be in you somewhere, pulling it out isn't always the easiest thing to do.
People who have practiced some forms of meditation are likely to see result sooner than those who have not practiced meditation of any sort.
Anxiety over it won't help. I doubt that nothing at all will happen. Something usually happens, just don't expect the entire universe to suddenly
open up. On the other hand, don't worry about what will be revealed. I have never heard of anyone finding out something about themselves that was
detrimental to their current selves. On the contrary, most information can be used to help you in your current life.
I never could swim. Took 2 summers of swimming lessons, failed both times. Took lessons again as an adult, just couldn't do it. I always sank.
During a past life regression I found out that I had been beaten nearly to death, had been weighted down with rocks, and thrown in a river to drown.
After I experienced that past life event, I could swim. I don't sink anymore.
In one past life I was probably something like a slave owner or transporter. I was pretty mean to people. In this life I am in a often discriminated
against minority. I now understand what it is like.
So don't worry about what is revealed - it might shed light on your current life situation.
Good luck on your regression! If you don't mind sharing some of the experience I would love to hear how it goes.
