This is what doesn't add up with atheism.

Atheism is the distantiation of God. These people claim to worship nothing, so are in fact claiming to be souvereign/supreme beings, actually God himself.

I wonder what their doctrine is about.

They very much lack souvereignity if you ask me.

or perhaps this is what you call souvereign:

Sorry but as always this sentiment really annoys me!

Atheists do not workship anything. It is that for instance I see no proof nor reason to follow any other belief but I remain clear minded that for now, with no proof there is no God. However and a BIG however! I do not follow a belief, I choose to think for myself not a belief, get that phrase out of your head please....when talking about athiests or rather... I do not believe in any God. I do not wish to be labelled with a phrase like 'Athiest'. That is what a religious person stamps on someone like me because its easier to state that I am again following something.

And I believe in fairies...

But only ones that wear boots...
I am starting to believe in trolls. And this is all your side has to offer. Which is why nonbelievers are the fastest growing demographic in America.

You know that the more you engage in this conversation on public forums the less and less support you gain for your side of the argument. if you had any good points to make I’m sure you would’ve made them.

Hold up?

My side?
Which side am I on exactly?

Ok I get it, critical thinkers will always gravitate towards agnosticism and atheism. I would be agnostic if I didn't know what I know. I fully understand why because I try to see things from their point of view.

If there was/is a God he should have fixed everything before now, long before now actually.
The explanation given as to the why and timeline is rejected as unnecessary, as is the ransom which won't make sense to people especially those with higher level thinking abilities. False Christianity with it's evils muddies the waters as well.

The fact is not every person can be red pilled through that special epiphany, former atheists understand and know.
They can't get through to there former allies, it just doesn't work that way.

I think you're mistaken again Woodcarver.

You're obviously under the impression that I'm against atheism and have sided with the other guys.

That's not the case, I just dislike Scientific Zealotism as much as I dislike Religious Zealotism.
I see very little difference between your behaviours.

You need to understand, I will engage with you in the same manner you attempt to engage with me.
You were disingenuous with your questioning, so you received the same in kind.

Here you go bud.

So can you show me why you believe
something so ridiculous or not? Show me
your observable evidence that life can come
from some place other than life. This being
the outlandish genesis of your belief
please show me?

Awwwww Woodcarver.
You're all upset because you thought you had a believer on you hook to ridicule after they told you about their beliefs.

Are they not biting anymore in your "How Does Prayer Work" thread?

Now if i told you to go outside and change the god you ascribe that feeling to, to yourself, and your mind and body, and all of it’s complicated interactions with itself and with the world, that would be the best explanation of my position.

My entire line of questioning is revolved around finding out how people come to the conclusion that the source of these feelings comes from outside of the body.

The source from outside the body?
You don't exist before you become a fetus.
What is your first consciousness for being alive inside womb?
Many sperm or fetus died without consciousness. Obviously you are not byproduct of "accident" by nature. You are the chosen one, the strongest among the others. What makes you the strongest among billion sperms? You and your brothers and sisters were created by same nutrients. Yet you are the only one who survive. Who guided you to safest of fertile ovum and merge with the other pair of DNA chromosome? It's neither luck nor natural selection, that the only egg prepared by your mother is meant for you. Not for your brother or sister. Who decide it's you to be that part of the egg? Natural selection doesn't have the intelligence to decide whether it's you or your brother or your sister. There must be something else.

Something outside the body electrocute you with life the moment you draw your first breath.

You just forget how it feel to be dead ( nothingness ) and transist into existence of life through womb and birth canal.

Think hard. Eventually it will come back to you. Just study back how you come to life in the first place, and maybe the mystery is revealed to you.

You seem to be treating this like it’s some kind of Competition? I have honestly laid out my opinions and beliefs and why I believe those. You aretrying to play some kind of gotcha game

I do not follow a belief,

Oh no, you are still following a belief, it's just a belief that there is no God. What is the difference between believing there is a God and there is NO God? There is no "proof" either way, and that is what makes it a belief. The funny thing is that scientific theory is not necessarily proof either, although the scientific method involves observation, but I've noticed that even the scientific community tends to change their theories a lot, especially with regard to things like String Theory, Quantum theory, the Big Bang, etc.
Ultimately, there is still a mystery about how the Universe(Multiverse) was created, and thus there is a mystery about the"creator" of it. It was created whether it was the Big Bang or something else, it's just that atheists seem to view the creation/creator as some kind of haphazard soup rather than an innate intelligence with a Divine Order. The innate intelligence is within us all, no matter our IQ, race, outer intellectual capability, ethnicity, age or any other variable. Ive read blogs where a reference was made to "natural law", as if somehow this law could exist without the innate intelligence behind it. To deny that intelligence is to deny the truth of one's own being.
