Well Syrian forces and Iranian Forces have opened fire on Israel.

Some 20 rockets were fired at Israeli military bases by Iranian forces in southern Syria just after midnight on Thursday, with some of the incoming missiles being intercepted by the Iron Dome defense system, the army said, amid sky high tensions on the northern border.

There were no reports of Israeli casualties in the attack. An army spokesperson said damage was caused to Israeli military bases, but that it was “limited.”

Well, things just went up a notch. This explains why Trump and Pence put off their trip to Israel recently. The odds of something like this attack were high. Netanyahu recently spoke to the people of Israel that seemed to hint another war was on the horizon for the nation.

It was sounding like he meant Iran not Syria...

Israel will be on a big time war footing now.. and since missiles have been shot at Israel... now the Israelis will strike back... and off it goes..

Just when one hot spot seems to be cooling off finally.. (North Korea), this Syria fire refuses to die down..someone keeps pouring petrol in the fire there... argghhh.

The days ahead will tell more on this new tit for tat response from Syri and Iran to Israel.

Some are saying the 20 missiles were a response to Israeli tanks firing from the Golan heights.
