Republican Senator admits Trump tax cut isn't helping the middle class

It was well established before the tax cuts were passed that the majority of the benefits were going to the upper class, about 83%. And, as for the rest, those cuts are phased out after 10 years. That does not take into account the $1.4 trillion deficit caused by the cuts. Guess who gets to foot that bill? Shameful.
