mirv shapes ,compositions and guidance systems that make them useful need real world testing to make sure it all works and if NK starts launching missiles again i think the deal whatever it is, will be off.

IRBM/ICBM's are moving so fast you need real world data to perfect it.

We first have to buy the propaganda line the usa put forth that said the rockets broke apart on reentry and that their guidance system is lacking.

I personally feel that they could indeed blow some shat up if they so choose.

Totally agree. Of course US put a lot on pressure in the system.
But I believe the actors behind that move from DPRK are China and maybe also SK.
I would not be surprised that DPRK will demand that US leave SK. Which, to me, would show the hand of China in the back.

Plus, Kim JU is not really giving up anything. He got what he (and his father) wanted: nukes.
Also, DPRK might not be able to deliver the nukes to US soil (I do not have any info on the US recovery and study of DPRK missiles), but I believe this is not so important for DPRK.
Most important for Kim JU is that he can hit Seoul & Tokyo with nukes. Then let SK and Japan put pressure on US.

Also, Kim dad and Kim son have seen what happened to people who put down their pants: Gaddafi & Saddam Hussein.

So, there will be this big meeting, not much will happen (eventhough I believe DPRK will ask US to leave SK), there will be tons of speeches, of self gratification about how hard we discussed in the meeting, how we all love each other, and life will go on as before...

they are either satisfied with the amount of uranium and plutonium they have enriched and are willing to go to non producing nuke tech, OR they were made an offer they couldn't refuse by china, knowing the whole US would more than likely not shed one tear for a NK strike that is waiting in the wings.

kim is western educated and has a good spy force so no doubt is under no illusions he can't be touched at anytime, anywhere.

better to keep a few low yield nukes and save face with the would/your people than be dead.
