Truth be known....he probably watched the antics of Aussie/Chinese comedian "Howard" who impersonated him in the Korean Olympics, with great affection and hearty gusto, and saw Howard with the Trump impersonator, with everyone cheering and smiling and taking photos, and thought to himself......No, No me wants people to love ME!!!

So had a change of heart to the World...

All because of Howard!!

That's actually a very plausible theory. Nice!

This whole story about North Korea talks and the possibility of a breakthrough between Trump and Kim is a complete EU-UK-NATO media fabrication. What they are doing is, putting up a completely fake story with "fake diplomacy" included, which will end with no outcome and will be dubbed a failure within 3-4 weeks. That is not the point though!
The point is that the UK, France and a few other NATO-EU countries are preparing another strike against Syria, right after the fake talks have "failed".
This upcoming strike will be somewhat similar to the previous one of April but will end in an even bigger slap in the face for the EU and NATO.

Pompeo is Trump's agent. Isn't he? So don't worry, Our Glorious Leader will get the credit. Whether or not anything actually comes of this.

Don't you know?

This is more progress than at any time since the NK nuclear issue began.

Can't give credit where credit is due, can you?

No, nobody's getting any credit until ink is dry. North Korea has mastered the art of duplicity, come on you guys. I bet you 5 bucks and a box of donuts he doubles back on every promise as soon as he gets NK whatever he's aiming for, in their possession.

I'll buy a hat and eat it if that doesn't happen.

I hear fedoras are all the rage these days

As these things go, it's a promising development.

Still a big "if".

As for who gets a nobel? What? Who gives a damn, outside of Oslo, I mean? Time Person of the Year is just as important. Meaning not a whole lot.

China played a roll in this happening, so, too, did the US...helps that they're pretty much on side with each other--enlightened self-interest is a wonderful thing.

If anything comes of this, it's down to the Korean people and leadership--everyone else get awards for supporting actor in a drama series.

Let's all just sit back and, hopefully, enjoy watching two countries that should never have been divided, slowly begin the process of reunification. Lot's of potholes ahead, but the process may, just may, have started.
