I am not going to go over evidence though - just because I am not going to argue cold blooded murders. You can think all day that they died from a drug overdose or commited suicide - I know they were killed because I know who did it, I know who covered it up, and I know why they did it. Russia can be pushed into a conflict, but they are not going to fall on their sword over Syria, that's why they use mercs primarily.

They are standing with an ally, they will probably grunt and growl and do something at a remote area in our sides control and declare victory as well.

For those interested, aircraft involved over the Med included an RQ-4, RC-135V, F-16s from Aviano in the strike role, F-15Cs from the UK for air cover, French Rafales out of one of their bases, RAF Tornados out of Cyprus, 20 KC-135s and KC-10s, a French C-130H that came out of Lebanon and made a quick dash to Egypt, and most interesting an E-11A. That aircraft being there means F-22s were in the area.

In addition, B-1s from Qatar, and undisclosed aircraft from the US were involved.

What do you think, an awefull lot or hardware and ordnance for just three targets, no? Should have been doable with a fraction of the airpower mobilized last night.
Did they expect an Russian AD to intervene and went for a saturation strike? Doesnt look like additional target like the Syrian AD Network were hit.

The Monterey and Laboon fired 37 missiles between the two. The Higgins fired 23. The Monterey is a cruiser, the other two are destroyers. The John Warner, a Virginia class sub fired 6. An unnamed French frigate fired 3 navilized Scalp missiles.

The EAF flew Typhoons and Tornados, and fired 8 Storm Shadow missiles.

The French flew Mirage and Rafales and fired 9 Scalp missiles.

The French frigate was the Languedoc. It's one of three currently capable of firing the MdCN missile.
