In my opinion, it's realistic.

You won't catch such useful stuff on American tv because it would upset and disrupt the know-it-all-talking-heads who don't have a clue.

The things they cover are basic, but ideally, everyone should have 'kits' prepared for any contingency be it WW3, or a natural disaster.

People got comfortable over the last 20 years with convenience, and it's going to bite us in the backside sooner or later.

I know most world leaders try to not cause panic amongst their people.

The end result is panic buying and stockpiling.
Banks generally close due to panic withdrawals etc.

Not condusive to economics st home.

The UN, the washington consensus and the US continuity of government will have their war. The UK and the EU will have their war. The world bank will have their war. AND ultimately none of them will survive it even if they do initially.
