All criminals have gone through a process of either a trial or plea deal which is all public record and the public should have access to see when a criminal is being released back into society and the public should be able to view what crimes the criminal has been convicted on and what their sentence/prison term is for the crimes they have committed. The prison should list the convicts data such as the crime for which they are currently in prison, previous prison sentences and time served, last known residence or declared domicile, residency or nationality (if they are a foreign national, US resident, illegal alien, etc) and if they are not a US resident it should list under what legal grounds they are in the country ie green card, H1B visa, tourist visa, or if they are in the country illegally.
The prison should also list any parol hearing dates which should be publicly available so that those who oppose the early release for people convicted of a certain crime, can attend the hearing and state their case to the board for their opposition to granting parole.
The prison should have a daily intake log, with all the convicts data and they should also list upcoming prisoner release at least a week before the prisoner is released. Each prisoner page should have their release date but there should be a separate page where each date has a list of prisoners scheduled to be released on that date and on the same page, it should list their crime, sentence length & date they entered prison, city/township & state of residency, nationality and current residency status (green card, visa, illegal alien, natural born citizen, immigrant & nation or origin, etc).
