CPS in Britain = Crown Prosecution Service
CPS in America = Child Protective Services

She's had to admit publically that it is her decision to leave , after the Attorney General , the government supervisor of legal affairs , has been caught giving it some official 'it's the end of her five year term' bullsnipers to the press. But lo and behold She could have stayed in the job as long as she wanted !

Its just a precedent (5-6 years service) that some of her predecessors have set ! Here's a link

financial times

Just last week or so , this was said :

Fingers are pointing at the CPS . While they the Crown Prosecution Service apparently have the right to dismiss the work of detectives , and to deny the linking of cases which would narrow the conspiritors into a targetable area . The CPS are reported to have dismissed a case brought to them by senior detectives which involved a parliamentiary politician and a member of the Royal Family in 2015 , on the grounds that it would pose a threat to national security . The CPS staff of up 3000 are reported to widely mistrust the management , currently Alison Saunders , plus Kevin McGinty of the CPS Inspectorate , her long term friend (cite Telegraph/ Guardian) and the current Attorney General (cite his name and face). It has been reported that the CPS also employ complicit lawyers , such that were a prosecution case have to be made , it could be made to fail if the correct lawyer was assigned it . Who can prosecute the corrupt from within the CPS ? Who can prosecute without the CPS ? Therefore , fingers remain pointing at them

Assuming it's not what we do , and assuming it's not because the cps wanted to prosecute innocent people while denying their defence any supporting evidence , and assuming its not because of the contested decisions over Lord Janner ,
why might she want to now leave ?
Now they're after Jeremy Wright , LOL . That's the Attorney General btw .
And after the rats came tumbling from OXfam , Save the Children , The Red Cross , The UN and the Department for International Development and others , a couple of months ago , we owe the Great British Press some beers, pies and a jolly good party

Hmmm.... Went before she was pushed, and saved her very generous

pension, straight into another top job with top salary no doubt.

Like they all do.... friends in high places.

She is also the one who put The Sun journalists into hot water over their hacktivisms ,

the same who broke the Saville squad .

She'll not be missed , whatever reason is put for her departure.

At least we know that it's her decision.

Dont doubt either that her finger prints are all over in the incidences of the

Asian grooming gangs that have escaped prosecution.
